This medication helps those who experience physical fatigue, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals suffering from illness or recovering with reduced stamina, growing children, and seniors by supplying necessary vitamins D and B1. Additionally, the vitamins contained in this drug improve the deficiency in bone and teeth development and are effective in preventing rickets. Therefore, it is used for strengthening stamina and maintaining bone health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, those with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or individuals with kidney disease. Those with allergic reactions to the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and individuals with severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids together. Women currently undergoing other treatments, who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, or infants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication combined with anti-aldosterone drugs or triamterene may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels, so caution is required. When taking the medication, strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and schedule. It is also advised not to consume tea containing tannins, such as green or black tea, before or after taking it.
