This medication is used in patients at risk for gastric or duodenal ulcers who have not achieved sufficient results with low-dose naproxen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It helps alleviate the symptoms of major arthritic conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. By reducing pain and inflammation caused by these conditions, it contributes to improving the quality of life of patients. It is a medication that provides effective treatment while being used cautiously with safety considerations in mind. Therefore, it is widely used for the treatment of arthritic symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Administer orally 1 tablet (Naproxen 500 mg/Esomeprazole 20 mg) twice a day. The tablet should be swallowed whole with water without being divided, chewed, or crushed. It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before meals.

Precautions
