This medication is effective for short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcers and active benign gastric ulcers, and is also used as maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence after ulcer treatment. It can also alleviate symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease and erosive esophagitis in the short term and helps prevent symptoms from returning after treatment. It is widely used for the treatment and maintenance of various gastrointestinal disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before meals. It should be swallowed whole with at least half a cup of water. Do not take with any beverages other than water. It should not be chewed or crushed. 1. Short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcers: 15/600 mg orally once daily for 4 weeks 2. Short-term treatment of active benign gastric ulcers: 30/600 mg orally once daily for 8 weeks 3.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with an allergic reaction to certain ingredients or those who have previously experienced hypersensitivity to similar medications. Additionally, administration is prohibited for certain antiviral medications, pregnant women, and patients with serious kidney and calcium-related diseases.
