This medication is used in various situations such as physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness fatigue, growth phases, and old age, and contains vitamins D and B1. It also helps improve poor bone and dental development and prevents rickets. Thus, it is used to maintain and enhance physical strength and health in various conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin, or by patients with kidney disease. People who are allergic to the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure should avoid taking it. During the use of this medication, it is important not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Women receiving medical treatment, who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients with heart and circulatory disorders or those with kidney problems or hypoproteinemia should also consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and medical consultation sought. Prolonged use may lead to hypercalcemia or nephrolithiasis, so caution is advised. Caution is required when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as it may increase serum potassium levels. If the dose is exceeded or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and mode of administration, and it is advisable to avoid drinking tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking it. When storing, it should be kept in a sealed container away from the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
