This medication helps to supplement vitamins and zinc when there is physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or during periods of decreased physical strength due to illness or recovery. Vitamin D aids in healthy bone and tooth development and is effective in preventing rickets. Vitamin B complex and C, E contribute to the alleviation of pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and help improve symptoms of inflammation around the mouth like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis symptoms. It is also effective in relieving beriberi and eye fatigue. Overall, this medication is used to improve various symptoms and conditions through supplementation of vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Take if 12 years or older.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Also, individuals with an allergy to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, severe renal failure, or allergies to soybean oil or peanuts should not take it. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to concurrently take medications such as phosphates, calcium compounds, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Those undergoing medical treatment, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, or individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, heart or circulatory disorders, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or previous kidney stones should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, arrhythmias, neurological dysfunction, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, pulmonary edema, etc. appear during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Abnormal menstruation or prolonged bleeding may occur, and women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious of an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins may cause neurological disorders or blood abnormalities, so caution is advised. High doses may also worsen peptic ulcers, cause blood sugar control issues, liver damage, or hyperuricemia, and symptoms such as edema or heart failure may develop. Care must be taken to avoid hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics, and if there is no improvement after overdose or more than one month of use, it is essential to consult a specialist. This medication should only be taken according to the prescribed directions and dosage; it may affect blood sugar measurements in urine tests and change urine color. Tannins-containing teas like green tea or black tea should be avoided before and after taking this medication, and patients with lipid metabolism disorders should monitor their plasma lipid levels and adjust their doses accordingly. When using with other intravenous lipid preparations, dosing may need to be adjusted based on lipid content. Store this medication in an airtight container out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Additionally, avoid transferring it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication.
