1. The vitamins included in this medicine, namely D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, mainly help with nutritional supplementation during times of physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, during and after illnesses, growth periods for children, and in old age. 2. The vitamins improve inadequate bone and dental development and prevent rickets. They also help relieve various inflammatory symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis, and relieve beriberi and eye fatigue. 3. Zinc is also supplemented to contribute to immune strengthening and wound healing. This medicine is used to improve overall health through the functions of various vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis which is an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney diseases. It is also advised that those who have allergic reactions to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe kidney failure avoid taking this medication. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is advised not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids concurrently. Additionally, it is preferable to avoid taking it with the drug levodopa. There may be instances where you must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. For example, this includes those currently receiving treatment, or those with hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcer, chronic colitis, heart or kidney diseases, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children. Also, caution is needed for those with a history of hypoproteinemia, gout, kidney stones, or abnormalities in fat metabolism such as hyperlipoproteinemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a doctor. If menstrual cycles suddenly become shorter or bleeding persists for a long time, stop taking and consult a professional. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may cause tolerance, and certain vitamins may lead to neurological disorders or hematological adverse reactions. High-dose use can also cause adverse effects such as exacerbation of peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, liver damage, or hyperuricemia. This medication should be taken strictly as per prescribed dosage and directions, and parental supervision is required when administering it to children. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea, as they can affect blood glucose measurements during urine tests. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels, and if other lipid medications are administered, dosage adjustments should be made based on total lipid amounts. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place in a tightly sealed container. Transferring to another container may pose the risk of misuse or degradation of quality, so it must be stored in the original container.
