This medicine helps to supply vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc in various situations such as physical fatigue, decreased stamina during pregnancy, lactation, during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. It is also effective in preventing bone and tooth growth disorders and rickets. In addition to alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, it helps with symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. This medicine is also used to improve beriberi and eye fatigue, making it beneficial for overall health maintenance and recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who have allergic reactions to any ingredients in this medicine, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, severe renal failure, or allergies to soybean oil, beans, and peanuts should also avoid taking it. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa together. Patients undergoing treatment, those with hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, heart or kidney dysfunction, pregnant and nursing women, and patients with specific lipid metabolism disorders should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, loss of appetite, irregular heartbeat, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbance, hypotension, or edema occur during use, discontinue taking the medicine immediately and consult a healthcare provider. In particular, caution should be exercised by women who are on oral contraceptives or are at risk of thrombosis, as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking this medicine. Prolonged high-dose use of this medicine can lead to tolerance or neurological symptoms, so caution is advised. Dosage should adhere strictly to the prescribed instructions, and when administered to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. Moreover, this medicine may affect urine test results, and it is recommended to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking it. Patients at risk of fat overload should have their plasma lipid levels regularly checked to adjust the dosage of this medicine. Lastly, this medicine should be stored out of the reach of children and in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sealed in an airtight container. Transferring to another container may pose a risk of misuse, so it must be stored in the original container.
