Patients are advised that the intake of Vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, and C can assist in physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, decrease in vitality during or after illness, as well as during old age. Furthermore, these vitamins are effective for pain relief such as neuropathic pain, muscle pain, and joint pain. In particular, they are used for the prevention of beriberi (beriberi disease) and alleviating eye fatigue. In other words, the B vitamins along with vitamins E and C play an important role in enhancing overall vitality, relieving pain, and maintaining eye health, thus helping to improve the health of patients.
How to take
Adult dose
Adults take 1 tablet at a time, twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergies to this medication or its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. As this medication contains lactose, individuals with genetic disorders that impair lactose digestion should avoid taking it. Do not take this medication concurrently with levodopa. If you are receiving treatment from a physician or have specific illnesses, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have kidney stones or gout, you must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, or abdominal bloating occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Women should be cautious as menstrual cycles may speed up or bleeding may last longer. Individuals taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) may cause neuropathy. Additionally, high doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions, so caution is necessary. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after taking for more than one month, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be taken in accordance with the prescribed dosage and frequency, as it may affect blood glucose measurements during urine tests, and urine may turn yellowish. When storing, keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container.
