The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication are used in various situations such as physical fatigue, reduction of physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, recovery from illness or after illness, and during old age. Additionally, it helps alleviate the stiffness of shoulders and neck, tingling or coldness in hands and feet, which occur due to peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. It is also effective for various pain symptoms, such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as for inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. It is used for symptoms of beriberi, eye fatigue, and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used to improve the overall condition of the body and relieve various symptoms.
Adults should take 1 capsule twice a day, 1 capsule at a time.
Children aged 12 years and older should take 1 capsule twice a day, 1 capsule at a time.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have an allergy or have had hypersensitivity reactions to specific ingredients. Infants under 12 months and patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid taking this medication. Individuals with allergies to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc., should not use this medication for safety. During the intake of this medication, it should not be taken together with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or drugs like levodopa. Before taking this medication, individuals under 1 year of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with heart or kidney disease, and those with hypoproteinemia should consult a physician or pharmacist. Additionally, patients with lipid metabolism issues, including hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis, should exercise caution. This medication contains the dye Red No. 40, so caution is needed for those allergic to this component. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, or vomiting occur while taking this medication, it is advised to stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Consultation is also needed if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur. Women taking vitamin E or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) can lead to symptoms of nerve damage. Taking vitamin B12 at certain doses can cause hematological adverse reactions, so caution is required. Overdose may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, thus requiring careful attention. When taken with certain diuretics, there is a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is needed. If symptoms do not improve even after about a month, it is advisable to consult a specialist. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosages and administration, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. The urine color may change to yellow during intake, so this should be noted during clinical examinations. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should routinely check their blood lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place by sealing it tightly. Additionally, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
