Precautions
This medication should not be used in certain patients. For example, individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should not take this medication.
Additionally, patients with epilepsy or a history of seizures, those taking certain medications, patients with heart disease or hypertension, individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, asthma patients, and those with extrapyramidal disorders such as Parkinson's disease should use this medication with caution.
This medication contains donepezil hydrochloride and memantine hydrochloride, each of which may have various side effects. Serious side effects such as heart rhythm disturbances, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver dysfunction, seizures, movement disorders, respiratory difficulties, acute pancreatitis, acute renal failure, and sudden death may occur, so caution is required.
