How to take

Adult dose

10 mg of Donepezil Hydrochloride and 20 mg of Memantine Hydrochloride should be administered once daily with one tablet before bedtime at the same time each day. This medication can be taken without regard to food intake.

Precautions

This drug should not be used in certain patients. For example, patients who are allergic to this medication or its components, patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and patients with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should not be administered this drug. Additionally, patients with epilepsy or a history of seizures, patients on certain concomitant medications, patients with uncontrolled heart disease or hypertension, and patients with asthma or lung disease should use this drug with caution.
