Vitamin B1, B2, B6, C, and E are needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, physical weakness during and after illness, and in old age. These vitamins help relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and are effective in alleviating inflammation around the mouth, oral inflammation, and skin diseases. They are also used for the prevention of beriberi and the improvement of eye fatigue. Zinc plays an important role in enhancing immunity and regulating cellular functions, thereby helping to maintain the body's balance. This medicine is used for overall fatigue recovery and improvement of various physical symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medicine or any of its components. Also, infants under 12 months old should not take this medicine. During the use of this medicine, it should not be taken with medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, treated patients, those with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants and children, patients with gastrointestinal diseases, heart or circulatory system dysfunction, renal impairment, low protein levels, gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, foul odor during breathing, digestive disorders, hypotension, pulmonary edema, and other symptoms occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, if menstruation occurs earlier than usual or bleeding persists, the medication should be stopped and consulted with a doctor. Women taking oral contraceptives with estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking Vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of Vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage. When Vitamin B12 is administered above a certain dosage, there may be hematological adverse reactions. High doses can worsen gastric ulcers, decrease glucose tolerance, induce hyperuricemia, and cause liver damage, so caution is necessary. In the case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and congestive heart failure may occur. When taken with specific diuretics, serum potassium levels may increase, necessitating caution. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after taking for more than one month, consult a doctor. Always adhere to prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision of a guardian is required when administering to children. This medication can affect urinalysis results, and urine color may turn yellow, which should be taken into consideration during clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after use. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
