The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc contained in this medicine are used to supply nutrients in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, weakened strength during and after illness, growth periods, and in older age. Additionally, the vitamins help improve poorly developed bones and teeth, prevent rickets, and are effective in alleviating symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and fatigue of the eyes. Overall, this medication is used to support bodily functions and improve various symptoms through a combination of vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 12 years old and older, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who have had allergic reactions to the components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones or severe renal failure, or those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid taking it. It is important not to take this medicine together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa during treatment. If receiving medical care, or if there are issues with oxalate metabolism, peptic ulcers, heart or kidney function, or in pregnant or breastfeeding women, professional consultation is necessary before use. If symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system symptoms, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if there are changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and certain vitamin supplements may cause neurological or blood abnormalities. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when taken by children, parental supervision is required. During use, inform healthcare personnel as it may affect blood glucose testing or clinical evaluations, and avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after use. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check blood lipid levels, and if using other lipid injections, lipid amounts must be adjusted. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and should not be transferred to other containers to maintain quality.
