Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding for those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including this medication, can worsen cardiovascular issues and may increase the risk of myocardial infarction or stroke, thus caution is advised for individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors. If any cardiovascular adverse reactions occur while taking this medication, immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is necessary, especially for those with hypertension, heart failure, or ischemic heart disease. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause severe gastrointestinal issues like gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, so elderly individuals or those using it long-term must closely monitor their gastrointestinal condition. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairments, or severe hypertension or heart failure should not take this medication. Those who have hypersensitivity to this drug or have reacted adversely to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid it. It is preferable not to use this medication during late pregnancy as it can affect the fetus. Do not exceed the recommended dose while taking this medication, and do not use it concurrently with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. During breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk and cause adverse reactions in the infant, so either breastfeeding should be discontinued or medication should be stopped. Individuals with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity must consult with healthcare professionals before taking this medication. This medication can reduce the cardioprotective effects of aspirin when used together and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so caution is required. Consultation with healthcare professionals is also necessary when taking this medication with certain drugs (e.g., ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) due to the risk of adverse interactions. If symptoms like skin rash, breathing difficulty, swelling, severe abdominal pain, bleeding, or liver dysfunction occur during usage, halt the medication immediately and consult healthcare professionals. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary, and if symptoms persist or worsen, consult healthcare professionals. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function checks are important for long-term use to ensure no abnormalities occur. Overdosage may cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, liver dysfunction, or kidney failure, so immediate medical attention is required. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container to prevent misuse or degradation of quality.
