This medication is used for symptoms of cognitive decline due to atherosclerosis such as decreased concentration, memory impairment, and dizziness.
As Ginkgo leaf dry extract, take 240 mg once daily, 1 tablet at a time. It can be taken regardless of meals.
This medication is made from Ginkgo leaf dry extract and should not be taken by individuals allergic to certain components. Safety for children and adolescents has not been established, so it should not be used by individuals under 18 years of age. It is advisable for pregnant women to avoid taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, and individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should avoid taking it. This medication should not be taken concurrently with medications that affect blood coagulation, such as anticoagulants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Additionally, this medication may influence enzymes involved in drug metabolism in the liver, potentially altering the effects or duration of other medications. Particular caution is needed when taken alongside medications such as calcium channel blockers or theophylline, and dosage adjustments and monitoring of conditions are necessary. Individuals taking medications that pose a risk of bleeding or that can induce bleeding should consult with a doctor. Women who are breastfeeding should consult with a professional as it is not known whether this medication passes into breast milk. Patients with epilepsy should be cautious when taking this medication as seizures may occur more frequently. In cases of upcoming surgery, it is recommended to discontinue this medication at least 36 hours prior to reduce bleeding risks. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, consultation with a physician should be made within 3 months to decide on continued use. While taking this medication, unusual reactions such as nausea, headache, insomnia, anxiety, skin rash, swelling, and dizziness may occur, and severe allergic reactions may occur. There have been reports of bleeding cases during prolonged use, so caution is necessary. Symptoms such as dizziness or itching may occur, so if any unusual symptoms arise, consult with a professional immediately. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension; therefore, patients with hypertension require separate treatment. Lastly, keep it out of the reach of children, and do not transfer the medication from its original container to another container. This is to prevent misuse or deterioration of the quality of the medication.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture; therefore, it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. The recommended storage temperature is between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. This helps maintain the medication's effectiveness over time.
