How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), renal disorders, those with a history of kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure. Additionally, it should not be taken by those with allergies to any of its ingredients or by infants under 12 months of age. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids together. Moreover, taking it with certain diuretics may increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood, so follow the advice of a specialist. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea.
