As ginkgo leaf dry extract, take 240 mg once a day, 1 tablet per dose. It can be taken regardless of meals.
This medication is made from ginkgo leaf dry extract. People who are allergic to ginkgo leaves or other components of this drug should not use it. There is insufficient safety research on children and adolescents, so it should not be taken by those under 18 years of age. It is also safe for pregnant women not to take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or genetic disorders of sugar absorption should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take this medication together with blood-thinning drugs. In particular, the risk of bleeding may increase when combined with anticoagulants such as warfarin or aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Additionally, this medication can affect enzymes involved in drug metabolism in the liver, which may alter the effect or duration of other drugs. When taking specific medications such as calcium channel blockers or theophylline, careful monitoring by a physician and dose adjustments are required. If you experience adverse reactions such as nausea, headache, insomnia, skin rash, etc., while taking this medication, consult a specialist immediately. Emergency treatment is necessary, especially if any allergic reactions or severe shock symptoms occur. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension, and hypertensive patients should not expect blood pressure control from it.
