Pregnant women should also avoid this medication, and since it contains lactose, individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic conditions should refrain from its use. During the use of this medication, it is important not to take it with certain drugs. Patients considering surgery should discontinue this medication at least 36 hours prior to the procedure due to the potential for an increased risk of bleeding. Furthermore, if symptoms do not improve after 3 months or worsen, consultation with a doctor is necessary, and if abnormal symptoms such as nausea, headache, insomnia, or skin rash occur, immediate consultation with an expert is advised. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension, so it is not to be used in cases where special treatment is needed for hypertension.
