The vitamins B1, B6, and E contained in this medication help to supplement energy when feeling physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, as well as during and after illness when there is a drop in physical strength. It is also used for health management in old age. This medication alleviates neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is especially effective in improving symptoms such as lower back pain or shoulder stiffness. It also helps with beriberi and eye fatigue, and is used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is widely used for the relief of various symptoms and enhancement of physical strength.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 12 months old or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid using this medication. Individuals who are allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc., should avoid taking this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or drugs such as levodopa during the treatment. Women undergoing medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, and patients with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, and hypoproteinemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system abnormalities, hair loss, or irritability appear while taking this medication, discontinue use and consult a professional immediately. If menstrual cycles accelerate or bleeding increases, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. Caution is needed when taken with oral contraceptives containing estrogen as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B complex may lead to nerve disorders, so caution is required. In the case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure may occur, so strict adherence to dosing is necessary. Taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase potassium levels in the blood, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional. Take as directed regarding the dosage and administration, and it is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after intake. Patients at risk of lipid overload should periodically check blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication. When using other lipid intravenous solutions, the total lipid amount should be considered to adjust the dosage. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to other containers.
