Vitamins D, B1, B2, and C help support health by supplementing during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, growth, and old age. These vitamins improve insufficient bone and dental development and are effective in preventing rickets. They also relieve inflammation around the mouth and in the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) as well as skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis). They reduce pigmentation such as melasma and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases. They help prevent bleeding such as gum bleeding and nosebleeds. They are used for toning, improving calcium deficiency, and supplementing calcium to enhance overall physical strength and skeletal health.
