Pregnant women are also advised against taking this medicine. This medicine contains lactose; therefore, individuals with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should avoid it. Caution is necessary if taking this medication alongside anticoagulants or other medications that affect blood coagulation, as it may enhance the effects. Moreover, this medicine can affect various drug metabolism enzymes in the liver, leading to changes in the effects or duration of other medications when taken together. Since the risk of bleeding may increase while taking this medicine, it should be discontinued at least 36 hours prior to any scheduled surgery. The duration of treatment should be at least 8 weeks, and if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 months, consult a doctor. During treatment, adverse reactions such as nausea, headache, insomnia, anxiety, skin rash, itching, and dizziness may occur, and if these symptoms develop, seek immediate professional advice. Serious allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis, have been reported, so caution is advised. This medicine is not a treatment for high blood pressure; thus, hypertension patients should not take this medicine unless specific treatment is needed.
