This medication is used to improve symptoms associated with cognitive function decline, such as decreased concentration, memory impairment, and dizziness.
As ginkgo leaf dried extract, take 240mg once daily, 1 tablet. Can be taken regardless of meals.
This medication contains ginkgo leaf dried extract as the main ingredient, and individuals who are allergic to specific components should not take it. Due to insufficient studies on the safety and efficacy of this medication in children and adolescents, it should not be taken by those under 18 years of age. It is also recommended that pregnant women avoid taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should avoid taking it. During the course of this medication, it should not be taken with drugs that affect blood clotting, such as anticoagulants like warfarin or aspirin. Additionally, this medication may affect enzymes involved in drug metabolism in the liver, potentially altering the effects or duration of other medications, so caution is needed. If taken with certain medications such as calcium channel blockers or theophylline, dosage adjustment under medical supervision may be required due to possible changes in drug concentration. Patients at risk of bleeding or taking medications that may cause bleeding should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Women who are breastfeeding should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, as it is unknown whether it passes into breast milk. Patients with epilepsy should be cautious, as there may be an increased risk of additional seizures when taking this medication. Patients scheduled for surgery should stop taking this medication at least 36 hours before surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding. The duration of use should last at least 8 weeks depending on symptoms, and if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 months, patients should consult a healthcare professional. If any adverse reactions such as nausea, headache, insomnia, anxiety, skin rash, or itching occur, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. Caution is needed for long-term use as bleeding may occur. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension and should not be administered to patients with high blood pressure. Keep out of reach of children and store the medication in its original container to maintain its quality and safety.
