Adult dose

For adolescents aged 12 and above and adults, take 5 g of L-Aspartic Acid-L-Arginine once daily. It is preferable to take it in the morning, but it can also be taken before bedtime. It can be taken with a small amount of water.

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have previously had an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Patients with severely impaired kidney or liver function should avoid taking this medicine as it may pose health risks. Individuals with heart muscle issues or a history of myocardial infarction should preferably avoid this medication. This medication contains caramel; therefore, individuals who are allergic or sensitive to caramel should exercise caution when taking it. Do not combine this medication with antipsychotics or sleeping pills during treatment, as it may potentiate the effects of the sleeping pills. People with urinary excretion issues or urinary tract disorders should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and should seek medical attention if symptoms worsen. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should avoid this medication as it could affect the fetus. Nursing mothers should also avoid this medication due to the possibility of it passing into breast milk. If this medication is to be taken continuously for more than 15 days, it is essential to consult with a healthcare professional. If side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or allergic reactions occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration without arbitrary increases or decreases. It should be kept out of reach of children, and the medication should not be transferred to another container as it may degrade the quality or cause accidents; therefore, it must be stored in the original container tightly closed.
