This medication is used to relieve various symptoms such as sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain caused by colds.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen in this medication can rarely cause severe skin allergic reactions, so if symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg; be careful not to exceed this dosage when combined with all acetaminophen products, including this medication. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, those who have experienced asthma after taking this medication or other antipyretic analgesics in the past, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not use this medication. It is important not to take this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic proclivities or a history of drug allergy symptoms, and those with liver, kidney, heart diseases, or hypertension, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases should consult a specialist before use. Pregnant or nursing women, the elderly, and those taking other medications should also consult before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist; if symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, seek medical attention. It is recommended that children under 2 years old do not use this medication except in special cases. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and duration, do not use for long periods, and avoid alcohol during use. There is an increased risk of side effects when taken with certain medications, so discussing other ongoing medications with a specialist is important. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Additionally, for quality maintenance, do not transfer to another container.
