The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication are needed for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, recovery from illness, and in the elderly, and they help relieve peripheral vascular disorders and menopausal symptoms. They also improve shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness and coldness in hands and feet, and are effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It is also used to treat inflammatory conditions around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. It helps improve beriberi and recover from eye fatigue, and contributes to the relief of muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, it is effectively used for a variety of symptoms and diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older: 1 capsule, twice a day

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Patients with severe kidney dysfunction should avoid taking this medication. Individuals with an allergy to soybean oil or a history of hypersensitivity should avoid it. Patients allergic to soybeans or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. While taking this medication, it should not be taken together with medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics for oral use, or antacids. It is also advisable not to take levodopa at the same time. Women currently undergoing medical treatment, pregnant, potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, or young children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with reduced kidney function, and patients with low protein levels should also consult before taking it. Patients with metabolic disorders involving fat, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, and elderly patients should use caution. If abdominal discomfort or symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, rash, red spots, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, heart palpitations, or neurological impairment occur while taking this medication, discontinue its use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Also, if menstrual flow increases or bleeding persists, discontinue use and consult a professional. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with this medication. Long-term high-dose intake of pyridoxine may cause neurological abnormalities. High doses may worsen peptic ulcers, complicate blood sugar control, or cause liver damage. Excessive intake can lead to nausea, vomiting, swelling, heart problems, so caution is advised. Concomitant use with certain diuretics may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood, thus, care is necessary. In case of excessive intake, consult healthcare professionals immediately, and if symptoms do not improve after more than a month of use, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken exactly as prescribed for its appropriate use and may cause urine to change to a yellow color, which could affect test results. It is recommended to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk for fat overload should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly. When using it with other intravenous lipid preparations, the lipid content of this medication should be considered for dosage adjustments. During storage, keep it out of reach of children and avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, dry place, and keep it tightly sealed. Additionally, to maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or humidity. It is best to maintain a storage temperature of room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees.
