The risk of bleeding may increase while taking this medication; therefore, it should be discontinued at least 36 hours before any surgery. The duration of use varies depending on symptoms but should be for at least 8 weeks; if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 months, consult a doctor. If symptoms such as nausea, headache, insomnia, anxiety, skin rash, or itching occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional.
