Vitamin B2 and B6 are beneficial when feeling physical fatigue or during periods of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or following an illness. They are also used for alleviating symptoms such as cheilitis, angular cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Zinc is necessary to support various physiological functions in the body, and supplementation is important in case of deficiency. Supplementing with magnesium is effective for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. These nutrients are used to improve the respective symptoms and conditions.
