Adult dose

For adults aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule twice a day

This product should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients. Also, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking this product. It is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids during the use of this product. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant, or possibly pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and patients with gastrointestinal diseases, or cardiac or kidney disorders should consult a professional before taking this product. Especially, some ingredients in this product may affect the brain, so it is preferable not to administer to premature or newborn infants. If abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, dermatitis, vomiting, or other symptoms occur while taking this product, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur, consultation with a professional is necessary. Women taking contraceptive pills containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Caution is advised for those taking high doses of vitamin B12 as blood anomalies may occur. In case of overdose, symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so consult a professional immediately. This product must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration methods, and it is important to consult a doctor or pharmacist during use. Particularly, caution should be exercised during long-term use as side effects such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, and edema may occur. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking this product. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should check their blood lipid levels while taking this product and adjust the dose if necessary. This product should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place, sealed tight. Additionally, it is safer not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
