It is advisable to take vitamin B2 and B6 when experiencing physical fatigue, particularly during pregnancy, lactation, or when stamina has decreased due to illness or post-illness. It also helps alleviate inflammatory symptoms around the mouth and tongue, such as cheilitis, glossitis, and stomatitis. It is effective for skin problems such as eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it is used to alleviating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, this medication is used to help improve various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older: take 20mL twice a day, on an empty stomach.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components. Additionally, it should not be administered to infants under 12 months of age or patients with severely impaired kidney function. It is advised not to take this medication concurrently with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant women or women with a possibility of pregnancy, nursing mothers, premature infants and children, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, patients with kidney issues, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains caramel; therefore, individuals who are allergic or have previously shown hypersensitivity to this component should use it cautiously. If unusual symptoms such as red spots, diarrhea, heart rhythm cessation, or central nervous system function decline occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine (500mg to over 2g per day) may lead to nerve damage or peripheral nerve disorders; caution is required. High doses may result in the development of peptic ulcers or difficulty in blood sugar regulation, as well as elevated uric acid levels or liver damage. Excessive use may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema; if these symptoms appear, consult a professional immediately. Care should be taken when taking this medication with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as it may increase potassium levels in the blood. If an accidental overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of taking this medication, consult a physician immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, as it may cause urine to appear yellow, affecting clinical test results. During or before taking this medication, it is advisable not to consume teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and stored in a sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse of the medication and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
