The vitamins B2 (Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium) and B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) contained in this medication help with physical fatigue, weakness during pregnancy and lactation, and post-illness recovery. Additionally, it alleviates inflammatory symptoms in the mouth and tongue such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and is effective for eczema and dermatitis. It is also used to improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: Take 20mL once daily, between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients or those who exhibit hypersensitivity reactions. Infants under 12 months old and patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also refrain from taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid concurrent use of phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa. Additionally, prolonged high-dose pyridoxine usage may lead to nerve damage, so caution is necessary. High doses may lead to peptic ulcer, blood sugar control issues, hyperuricemia, or liver damage, so it is wise to be vigilant. Overdosage may result in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, requiring careful attention. Especially when combined with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood is increased. If no improvement is noticed after taking this medication for about one month, it is advisable to consult a professional. When taking this, be sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration; this medication may change urine to a yellow color, affecting some test results. Drinks containing tannins like green tea or black tea should be avoided before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and sealed container to prevent any mishandling and maintain its quality.
