This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6 and zinc, helping in various situations. It is used for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, weakness during and after illness, health maintenance during growth and old age. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It improves symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue, prevents poor growth of bones and teeth, and helps prevent rickets. The zinc content contributes to the strengthening of the immune system. This is used comprehensively for various health issues.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 and older, take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. Also, those allergic to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, and patients with kidney stones should avoid taking it. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to concurrently take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or medications like levodopa. Infants under 1 year, individuals currently receiving medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight frequently or having normal meals, pregnant or lactating women, premature infants, and infants should consult a specialist before taking. Those with gastrointestinal diseases, cardiac and circulatory disorders, kidney disorders, low protein levels in blood, or a history of kidney stones should also consult a doctor before taking. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, foul breath, hair loss, gastrointestinal distress, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking immediately and consult a specialist. It is also important to stop taking if menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding occur and consult a doctor. Caution is required as the use of estrogen-containing oral contraceptives may increase the risk of thrombosis. High doses of pyridoxine for a long duration may cause neurological disorders, and blood abnormalities may occur when taking vitamin B12 and folic acid together. High-dose use could lead to peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. In case of overdose, symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, requiring caution. Be careful as taking with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene may pose a risk of hyperkalemia. If there is no improvement in symptoms after one month of taking, consult a specialist. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when administering to children. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, affecting test results, so please note. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking. Store in a container that prevents air from entering, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Furthermore, it is important not to transfer to another container for quality maintenance.
