Bigobijung (Citrulline Malate)

Adult dose

Adults: Take 2 tablets per dose of citrulline malate, 3 times daily. Do not administer for more than 4 weeks.

Child dose

Children (6 years and older): Take 2 tablets per dose of citrulline malate, 2 times daily.

This medication should not be taken by children under 6 years of age. Pregnant women are advised not to take this medication. Although no teratogenic effects have been reported in animal studies, the safety of administration during pregnancy has not been established. Breastfeeding women should also refrain from taking this medication due to lack of safe evidence regarding excretion in breast milk. If symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of use, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is necessary. This medication contains the dyes Yellow No. 203 and Yellow No. 5, so individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to these ingredients should use caution. Patients must adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, and when administered to children, it should be overseen and guided by caregivers. Mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occasionally occur at the beginning of treatment, so care is needed. This medication should be stored in a secure place out of the reach of children, and if removed from its original container and transferred to another, it risks compromising the quality of the medication or misuse, so it must be kept closed in its original container.
