This medication helps relieve fever and pain due to cold, lower back pain, and menstrual pain. It is also used to treat joint disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, as well as postoperative pain. Additionally, it is effective for various types of pain including headache, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuropathic pain, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, as well as soft tissue injuries like sprains and contusions. This medication is used for non-joint rheumatic diseases such as tendonitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis to improve pain and inflammation. Patients can effectively manage various pain and inflammation symptoms with this medication.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: 200-600 mg per dose, orally 3-4 times a day. Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by individuals who consume a lot of alcohol daily; consulting a physician or pharmacist beforehand is advisable. Caution is necessary as this medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals with cardiovascular disease or at risk of stroke should use this medication carefully as long-term use may increase risk. Patients with hypertension or symptoms of heart failure should also be cautious when taking this medication, and high doses should be avoided. Patients with a history of ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding should not take this medication. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should avoid using this medication. Individuals allergic to this medication or with a history of asthma should avoid taking it. During the last three months of pregnancy, this medication should not be used as it may harm the fetus. Do not exceed the recommended dose and it is advised to avoid taking it concurrently with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, the medication may be transmitted through breast milk and could cause side effects in the baby, so either breastfeeding or the medication should be discontinued. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, etc., must consult with healthcare professionals before taking this medication. Taking this medication with aspirin may reduce the heart-protective effect of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. There may be interactions with specific medications, so patients should inform their healthcare provider of any concurrent medications. If severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, skin rash, bleeding, severe abdominal pain, vision disturbances, etc., occur during the use of this medication, it should be stopped immediately and medical consultation sought. Regular blood tests as well as liver and kidney function tests are required during long-term use, and dosage adjustment or discontinuation may be necessary if any abnormalities are found. It is safest to use this medication for the minimum duration and dose necessary. While taking, blood pressure and heart condition should be closely monitored as edema or fluid retention may occur, which requires caution. In case of overdose, serious side effects such as dizziness, vomiting, or kidney failure may appear, necessitating immediate medical assistance. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container.
