It is effective for inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It also aids in the improvement of skin-related problems such as eczema and dermatitis. It is used for the relief of multiple symptoms and maintenance of health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and above and adults, take 1 tablet 3 times daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its ingredients. Also, infants under 12 months of age should not use this medication. People with a genetic condition that prevents them from digesting lactose should not take this medication as it contains lactose. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and levodopa. Individuals undergoing treatment or having issues with heart, circulation, or kidney function should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Also, caution is needed for those with low protein levels. This medication contains the colors Yellow No. 4 and Yellow No. 5, so individuals who are allergic to or have shown hypersensitivity to these components should take it with caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may cause side effects such as neuropathy, so caution is advised. Excessive use may also lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and cardiac dysfunction, so caution is required. Particularly, taking it along with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene can increase the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood, so be careful. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and it may cause the urine to turn yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of the reach of children, and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a tightly sealed container. Also, to maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
