Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Apply directly to the affected area (disease area) within a range of 3 times a day. For individuals aged 15 and older: Insert the nozzle part into the rectum (anus) once and slowly inject the entire amount within 3 times a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be used by individuals who have difficulty urinating due to heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, or prostate enlargement. Additionally, nursing mothers should avoid this medication as it may transfer to breast milk and increase the baby's heart rate. During the use of this medication, it is important not to use vaginal suppositories, ointments, or creams containing DL-Methyl Ephedrine Hydrochloride, scopolamine extracts, or glycyrrhizin. It is also advisable not to take antihypertensives or antidepressants simultaneously. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, as well as patients currently receiving treatment from a physician, should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If allergic symptoms such as skin rash, redness, or itching occur while using this medication, use should be stopped immediately, and a physician should be consulted. Allergic reactions can develop into life-threatening shock in severe cases. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after using for more than 7 days, use should be stopped and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Caution is needed as symptoms such as nervousness, tremors, drowsiness, nausea, and reduced appetite may occur. If bleeding occurs, use should also be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional should be consulted. This medication contains propylene glycol, so those with allergies or sensitivities to this ingredient should use it with caution. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage. It is safest not to use this medication in children. This medication should only be applied to the anal area and should not be used around the eyes. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place.
