This medicine is used to supplement vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, and after illness or during convalescence. It also helps in preventing dental and bone growth deficiencies or rickets. It is effective in alleviating symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and eye fatigue. The zinc component also contributes to health by replenishing when deficient. This medicine is used to improve overall body function and alleviate various discomforting symptoms.

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or renal disease. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to any of the components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take this medicine concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa during treatment. Infants under 1 year, patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor, children exposed to significant sunlight, individuals with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic enteritis should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. Consultation with professionals is also necessary for those with heart or kidney problems or metabolic disorders such as hypoproteinemia, gout, hyperlipoproteinemia, or diabetic hyperlipidemia. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, hair loss, abdominal pain occur during usage, please discontinue the medication and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately. This medicine may affect the menstrual cycle, and women taking specific contraceptives or at risk for thrombosis should be cautious of increased thrombotic risk. Long-term high-dose usage may lead to side effects such as nerve damage, hematological abnormalities, aggravation of peptic ulcers, or liver damage, so caution is required. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosages and methods, and children should take it under parental supervision. Some urinalysis results may be affected during usage, and it is advisable to avoid teas that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Patients expected to have a lipid overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages, and if using other lipid agents, they should consider the total lipid amount for dosage adjustments. This medicine must be kept out of reach of children, stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry, and sealed place. It is important to avoid transferring this medication to other containers to maintain its quality.
