Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and D are distributed for maintaining physical strength during fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, before and after illness, during growth periods, and in old age. Vitamin B1 helps relieve neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 is effective in alleviating inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Vitamin D is used to improve deficiencies in bone and teeth development and prevent rickets. Various vitamins play important roles in regulating bodily functions and maintaining health, which contributes to a healthy lifestyle.

Additionally, individuals with allergies to this drug or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and severe renal failure should avoid taking it. It is important not to take this medication with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline agents, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. If you are currently receiving treatment from a physician, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are an infant or a premature baby, be sure to consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. In particular, caution is needed as Vitamin D can affect newborns through breast milk. Those with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, focal colitis, cardiac and circulatory dysfunction, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, and a history of kidney stones should also consult before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system function impairment, or hair loss occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Especially long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine may cause neurological disorders, so caution is required. High doses of Vitamin B12 can cause blood anomaly reactions, so caution is also necessary. High-dose use may lead to worsened peptic ulcers, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Overdosing may show symptoms such as gastrointestinal symptoms, edema, and congestive heart failure, so caution is essential. In particular, co-administration with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. If doses exceed the prescribed amount or if symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, consult a specialist immediately. This medicine must be taken according to prescribed dosage and administration, and it may turn urine yellow, affecting clinical test results. Avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, during treatment. When stored, keep it out of reach of children, keep away from direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. It is also safe not to transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
