Additionally, due to lactose content, patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should avoid its use. During the use of this medication, it is important not to take other medications that affect blood coagulation. Caution should be exercised especially when taken in combination with anticoagulants or certain anti-inflammatory drugs, as this may excessively enhance the efficacy. Furthermore, this medication can affect enzymes involved in drug metabolism in the liver, posing a risk of altering the effects of other medications. Patients with epilepsy should use caution as this medication may worsen seizures. If surgery is planned, discontinue this medication at least 36 hours prior to the procedure to reduce the risk of bleeding. The duration of use should be no less than 8 weeks depending on symptoms, and if symptoms do not improve after 3 months, consult a physician. Nausea, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and skin rashes may occur during use, and if such symptoms appear, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Long-term use may increase the risk of bleeding, so caution is warranted.
