If severe rashes, blisters, or itching appear on the skin while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, you must not exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Due to the presence of pseudoephdrine, serious skin reactions may rarely occur, so if fever, red spots, or small blisters develop, you should stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, those who have a history of asthma, infants under three months old, those on certain antidepressants, and people with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take it. Do not take it with cough syrups, other cold medications, pain relievers, sedatives, or antihistamines, and it's important to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, the elderly, and individuals with chronic diseases should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, and those with a history of drug allergies should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as rashes, itching, vomiting, urinary issues, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician. It should not be used in children under 2 years old except in special cases, and use should strictly follow the prescribed directions and dosages without prolonged use. Avoid alcohol during use, and be cautious of drowsiness which may occur; refrain from driving or operating machinery. Co-administration with a specific antibiotic, flucloxacillin, may rarely cause severe metabolic acidosis, so caution is needed when taken together.
