Vitamins B2 and B6 are recommended for replenishment during physical fatigue or when stamina is reduced during pregnancy, lactation, or during or after illness. These vitamins help alleviate oral and perioral inflammations, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and are also effective for eczema and dermatitis. Moreover, they help with symptoms of muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, vitamins B2 and B6 are used to improve these various symptoms and maintain health.
