How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken orally once daily, and it should be administered at the same time each day. If necessary, it can be prescribed as a twice-daily dosage. Dosage Increase: The maximum daily dose is 20mg, and it should be increased by 5mg per week over the first 3 weeks. - First week (Days 1-7): 5mg once daily - Second week (Days 8-14): 10mg once daily - Third week (Days 15-21): 15mg once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to its components or in patients with severe liver or kidney impairments. It should be used cautiously in patients with epilepsy or a history of seizures, as well as in patients with a predisposition to seizures.
