This medication is used for patients with high-risk coronary artery disease where Rosuvastatin monotherapy effectively controls LDL cholesterol levels, but triglyceride levels are not adequately controlled in mixed dyslipidemia. In other words, it is primarily effective in lowering LDL cholesterol and helps prevent cardiovascular diseases in high-risk patients. Therefore, this drug plays an important role in the treatment of mixed dyslipidemia and improves cardiovascular health.
