Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage for patients receiving 10 mg of dapagliflozin and 5 mg of linagliptin is 1 tablet once daily, regardless of meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in certain patients. For instance, it is contraindicated in patients with allergies to the active ingredient or excipients, patients with type 1 diabetes, patients undergoing dialysis, and patients with a history of myocardial infarction. Careful use is required in patients with fluid volume reduction or renal dysfunction. This medication can cause hypotension or sudden changes in renal function, so fluid status and renal function should be checked before administration and monitored continuously after.
