Vitamins C and D are particularly needed during physical fatigue or in pregnancy/lactation, during recovery from illness, during growth periods, and particularly in old age. Vitamin D aids in the healthy development of bones and teeth, helps prevent rickets, and alleviates skin pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases. Additionally, Vitamin C is effective in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Zinc is essential for various metabolic processes in the body and helps enhance immune function. Therefore, these nutrients are crucial for maintaining health and recovery.
