This medication contains vitamins B1, B6, and E and is helpful for physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness weakness, and during old age. It is also used to relieve neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia (especially lower back pain and shoulder stiffness), beriberi, and eye fatigue. It is effective for muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency, helping improve overall physical health and recovery from fatigue.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this drug or its components. It should not be used by infants under 12 months or patients with severely impaired kidney function. Those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid this medication. This drug should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, some antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Patients currently receiving treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, and those with heart or kidney issues should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Diabetic patients or individuals with lipid metabolism issues should use this medication cautiously. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, dermatitis, or hair loss occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult an expert. Be cautious as menstruation may become irregular or bleeding may persist. Women taking oral contraceptives or individuals at risk of thrombosis should take care as the risk of thrombosis may be increased. Caution is advised as long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B complex may lead to neurological disorders. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure may appear, so care is needed. Be cautious as concomitant use with other drugs may cause side effects such as hyperkalemia. If there is no improvement in symptoms within one month of use, consult a doctor. Always follow the prescribed dosages and administration instructions, and it is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. When using with other lipid-injectable drugs, consider the total lipid content when adjusting dosages. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Moreover, it is important not to transfer to another container to prevent misuse.
