This medication is used for physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, and in old age. It also alleviates shoulder and neck stiffness and cold extremities caused by peripheral circulation disorders or menopausal symptoms. It improves various pain and inflammatory symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It helps alleviate beriberi and eye fatigue. Finally, it is effective for muscle cramps resulting from magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used to improve various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 12 years and older should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by those who have had an allergic reaction to this drug or its components. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Patients with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. Those with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts, or who have experienced hypersensitivity should avoid this medication. While taking this medication, do not take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa together. Women who are receiving treatment from a doctor, who are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, or hypoalbuminemia should also consult a professional before taking it. Those with lipid metabolism disorders or diseases such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetes-related dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medication cautiously. If you experience gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, skin redness, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system depression while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Be cautious as menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may last longer. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thromboembolism may have an increased risk of thrombosis when taking vitamin E. Long-term intake of more than 500mg of pyridoxine per day may lead to neurological damage. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take more than the recommended dose of vitamin B12 may experience hematological abnormalities. Overdosage may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, so be cautious. Taking this medication with specific diuretics may increase blood potassium levels, so close monitoring is required. In the event of an overdose, seek professional advice immediately. If symptoms do not improve after one month of taking the medication, discontinue use and consult a professional. Patients concerned about lipid overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly. When used together with other parenteral lipid preparations, the total amount of lipids should be assessed for dosage adjustment. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly. Avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking this medication.
