This medicine supports health by supplying Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and D needed for physical fatigue, fatigue during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. It also helps improve bone and dental growth deficiencies and prevent rickets. It is effective in relieving various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used to relieve several inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It helps relieve fatigue of the eyes and makes everyday life comfortable. This medication is widely used for improvement of symptoms due to vitamin deficiency and for maintaining health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood) or sarcoidosis (an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease), and those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, severe renal failure patients, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should avoid taking this medication. This medication contains lactose, so those with galactose intolerance, lactose deficiency, or genetic issues like glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. During treatment, this medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Especially, women who are receiving treatment from a doctor, are pregnant or may become pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, those with kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia patients, patients taking cardiac glycosides, patients with a history of kidney stones, and those with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hypotension, flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, hives, itching, or swelling occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a specialist. Also, long-term high doses of Vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage, and excessive Vitamin B12 may cause blood abnormalities. Caution is required as high doses may result in digestive ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, or liver damage. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and this medication may turn urine yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fatty overload should monitor their lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary, especially when receiving other lipid medications. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in a tightly sealed place away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry area. It's best not to transfer to another container to maintain quality.
