This medication is beneficial when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in cases of decreased physical strength during or after illness. It is also recommended for growing children and elderly patients. The included vitamins D, B1, B2, B6 help support healthy bone and tooth development and are effective in preventing rickets. This medication is effective in alleviating pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used to improve various oral and skin inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Finally, it also helps relieve beriberi and eye fatigue. Therefore, this medication is used for healthy growth, recovery, and improvement of various pain and inflammation symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults aged 19 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with an allergy to this medication or its components should not take it. Infants under 3 months old and patients with kidney stones should also avoid this medication. Since this medication contains lactose, patients with genetic disorders affecting lactose digestion should not take it. During treatment with this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with levodopa. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Particularly, the vitamin D component can cause hypercalcemia in newborns through breast milk, so caution is advised. Individuals with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, itching, or swelling occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine may cause neurological problems, so caution is required. When administering vitamin B12 above a certain dosage, hematological adverse reactions may occur, so caution is necessary. Excessive consumption can cause peptic ulcers, glucose tolerance disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so care should be taken. If the medication is taken incorrectly or if symptoms do not improve within a month, consult a specialist immediately. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, as this medication can change urine color to yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. It should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. Additionally, to maintain quality, it should not be transferred to another container.
