How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Children over 7 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may affect the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen ingredient in this medication can cause liver damage in cases of overdose, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. If any unusual reactions such as rashes or itching occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which can rarely cause severe skin reactions, abdominal pain, or bleeding; if such symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel.   • Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reaction
  • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa → severe skin abnormal reactions
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, asthma attack, abnormal breathing accompanied by cough and fever → respiratory issues
  • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver abnormalities (jaundice)
  • Sudden and severe headache

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, dryness (persistent or severe), dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
