This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, and is used for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, resource depletion during and after illness, developmental periods, and old age. It is effective in preventing bone and tooth development disorders and rickets, and alleviating symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It also helps with various inflammatory skin diseases such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is good for alleviating fatigue in the eyes. It is used as a medication to help maintain and recover overall physical health.

How to take

Adult dose

Individuals aged 15 and older: take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or those with kidney diseases. It should also be avoided by individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, individuals with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure. It is also recommended not to take this medication if there are allergies to soy oil, beans, or peanuts. During treatment, this medication should not be taken simultaneously with specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. If currently receiving treatment from a doctor, or with a history of oxaluria, peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or kidney stones, it is mandatory to consult with a specialist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should also consult with a doctor before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, or hair loss occur while taking this medication, one should immediately discontinue use and consult a specialist. For women, this medication may affect the menstrual cycle, and caution is needed as it can increase the risk of thrombosis when taken with estrogen-containing oral contraceptives. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and certain B vitamins can cause neurological abnormalities or hematologic issues. High doses can exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, and cause liver damage. Additionally, overdose can lead to serious side effects such as gastrointestinal symptoms, heart problems, or edema. It is crucial to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during this medication regimen. This medication may affect blood glucose test results and can discolor urine to yellow, impacting test outcomes. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check plasma lipid levels, and those using other lipid injection therapies should adjust dietary lipid intake. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. For quality maintenance, it is advisable not to transfer this medication to other containers.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa.
